Escrow Policy

Your task payment is held securely until the required work is completed and approved.

1.How money is held

When a job is published, reward × workers is moved from the poster's balance into escrow. Example: 100 workers × $0.20 = $20.00.

2.When money is released

Each approved submission releases its reward from escrow to the worker's available balance.

3.Cancellation

Posters can cancel a job; remaining unclaimed escrow returns to their balance. Submitted work still under review must be resolved first.

4.Disputes

Either party may open a dispute. Funds stay locked until resolution.

5.Refund

Expired or unfilled slots are refunded to the poster automatically.

6.Worker protection

Jobs can't go live unless fully funded, so workers know the money exists.

7.Job poster protection

Payment only releases for proof the poster approves; invalid proof can be rejected with a reason.
