Terms of Service
By using GIG DUCK you agree to these terms.
1.User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, follow task instructions honestly, and comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
2.Account rules
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
3.Payments
All payments are processed through GIG DUCK escrow and subject to our Payment, Withdraw and Escrow policies.
4.Jobs
Posters must publish only legitimate tasks. We may remove any job that violates our rules.
5.Disputes
Disputes are resolved by GIG DUCK based on available evidence; our decision is final within the platform.
6.Prohibited activity
Impersonation, fraudulent multiple accounts, bots, duplicate submissions and referral abuse are prohibited. Violations may result in rejected work, cancelled task payments, strikes, temporary suspension or permanent bans for serious or repeated violations. Evidence is reviewed as needed before action; an appeal opportunity may be available through gigduckbd@gmail.com.
7.Task Rules & Guidelines
By using Gig Duck, every Worker agrees to follow these Task Rules & Guidelines. Read the Community Guidelines for general and task-specific rules. Tasks that violate a social platform's terms, including prohibited artificial or incentivized engagement, must not be published or completed. Following Gig Duck rules does not exempt you from the rules of Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or any other platform.
8.Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9.Liability
GIG DUCK is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses or third-party platform actions.
10.Intellectual property
The GIG DUCK name, logo and software are our property. Users retain rights to content they create.
