How money moves on GIG DUCK and how we keep it safe.
1.How payments work
Job posters deposit funds, which are locked in escrow when a job is published. Workers are paid from escrow after the poster approves their proof.
2.Escrow
Funds for every published job are held securely until the required work is completed and approved, or returned to the poster if unused.
3.Payment verification
Manual deposits (bKash, Nagad, Binance) are verified by our team using the transaction ID and screenshot you submit.
4.Processing times
Deposits are typically verified within 1–12 hours. Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours.
5.Refunds
Unused escrow funds from cancelled or expired jobs are returned to the poster's balance.
6.Disputes
Disputed task payments remain locked until our team reviews the evidence and makes a decision.
7.Fraud prevention
We monitor for chargebacks, duplicate transactions and suspicious patterns. Fraudulent activity leads to account termination and reversal of funds.
