Simple habits that keep your account and earnings safe.
Never share passwords
No legitimate task will ever ask for your password or OTP.
Avoid suspicious links
Check URLs before clicking. Report links that ask for logins.
Never pay outside the platform
All payments go through GIG DUCK escrow. Off-platform payments aren't protected.
Don't submit fake proof
Invalid or fake proof may be rejected. Violations may lead to cancelled task payments, strikes or temporary suspension; serious or repeated violations may lead to a permanent ban after evidence review as needed.
Don't create fake accounts
One person, one account. Impersonation, fraudulent multiple accounts, bots and duplicate submissions are prohibited.
Report suspicious jobs
Use Report a Problem if a job looks like a scam or breaks rules.
Protect personal information
Never share ID documents or bank PINs inside task proof.
